| Generally speaking, our
clients require either daily assistance or live-in
help. We provide highly-trained and supervised caregivers to meet both
these needs: |

| Daily: usually a
minimum of six hours per day, three - four days per week. This can increase to
two shifts of twelve hours per day, seven days per week, depending upon the
circumstances of the patient. |

| Live-in: this
would entail 24/7 help, with at least one caregiver together with relief caregivers
for days off. |
| |
| In either case,
services provided are the normal daily duties of whatever personal needs the
patient requires plus companionship, light cleaning, light cooking, errands,
doctor's visits, etc. |

| After initial contact,
a representative will be sent to interview the client and family members. A general assessment is made,
a plan of care discussed and a suitable caregiver
assigned to the client after being interviewed by the client and/or their
family. Every effort is made to provide a caregiver that will be most
compatible with a client. |
